The Chef

From Puglia to Bologna up to Treviglio
Born in a small town in the province of Lecce, Chef Gianluca Tondo begins his training initially at facilities of the Jolly Hotel Spa chain and well-known restaurants in the province of Lecce alongside the masters Chef Giuseppe Tumolo and Chef Rocco Zecca and later both foreign as Sous Chef in Tuscany and Emilia Romagna where for 10 years he had the pleasure of collaborating with the Chefs Giacinto Rossetti, Igles Corelli and Mauro Spadoni, finally he moves to Lombardy to guide famous restaurants in Milan and its province.

Today Gianluca Tondo realizes his dream.

His restaurant ``IL VILLINO A TUTTO TONDO`` opens here in Treviglio, giving life to a piece of the history of catering in a location that is different from the usual, with an impact that reflects his love for the sea, in which he lets his kitchen be savored through the exaltation of the ``taste of simplicity`` satisfies the needs of every palate.
